Cheers mate, new stance felt a bit more solid, felt slightly different but think it should be good and put less sideways stress through the knees.

Bit of fun trying out new stance, feels good for rep work an d feel it more in the hamstrings so guess that's a good thing? Hard to tell as have been up and down ladders all week and hanging out of windows a lot so body's a bit beaten up Grin

Received my order yesterday. So far tried the chocolate and.morello cherry, apple cinnamon swirl and lemon cheesecake. I have to say these are without doubt the best tasting whey I have ever tried. I have tried about 6 brands over the past year from bulk suppliers to more expensive brands and these are the best by a mile. The flavours are well balanced and got reallt good depth, hard to believe they are protein shakes!!

Keep up the good work, already.looking forward to trying more.flavours but need to get through this 6kg first.

Got the choc.mint brownie for supper tonight Grin

Spent the last 3 days painting the peddle-dashed outside of our house. Thanks fcuk its nearly finished! Delts kept aching so much I had to keep changing hands lol.

Forearm getting better but still tender in certain movements

Got to gym feeling like absolute s**te, thought I was going to faint. So took some 'man up' and a bottle of lucozade and had to try and fight through the session.

If your happy claim it ?

Some say if you have to ask then it ain't in

Some say its a training lift and who cares

Only you can decide.

Cheers, I thought it was just in by the absolute skin of my teeth. I was interested to get some less-biased opinions

I know I need to sort my hips and flexibility to get deeper

Thanks for all the tips and guidance, pretty new to lifting for strength - so all gratefully received to get keep things going upwards. So we have:

Core work for stability
Paused deep squats
Face outwards and concentrate on lift.
Need to keep up the stretching and rollering to losen my hips up and keep my knees and back in close to working order (they're both a bit rubbish)

Still about a 6-2 split in favour of it being claimable. Wink

Looking at the mirror to gauge your depth while squatting is a horrible idea! Just fact outwards.

Thanks mate, will do that in future Happy
