Was hoping for 160 but some dickhead came into the gym and was pissing me off about wearing a suit so that put me off. Also, need to shorten the sraps a bit because i can easily get them up myself I was talking to another powerlifter and he told me to remember to push my knees out at the bottom so my hips don't roll forward. He said just work to a parallel box to sort this problem out. So come monday, I'm doing suited box squats and then Suited sumo deads! | |||

I'm proberbly gonna be competing in June and have decided to get a Hardcore to Squat and dl in(for now, until I can afford to buy a proper suit). I also need a bench shirt. I've heard the Rage X is a pretty good shirt but I'm not sure if it's a little expensive for a first shirt. Any help? Thanks | |||
