22/03/2016 Squats 5 x bar 5 x 60 kg 5 x 100 kg 3 x 140 kg 5 x 1 x 180 kg 5 x 140 kg All done wrapless, beltless and paused, one of my best sessions in a while. Decided I'm surrounded by the wrong people in my current gym so moved back to the old one at least for the heavy sessions. |
