Need to back off a little and also get some treatment, pain in my left knee and lower left back. | |||

05/08/2015 Rack pulls 10 x 70 kg 5 x 120 kg 3 x 170 kg 2 x 220 kg 1 x 270 kg 1 x 320 kg 3 x 1 x 300 kg Calves Poor for the wrong reasons. New leg press meant no floor space for deads and had to do rack pulls. Only s**tty bar available with next to no grip and barely able to hold on to 320, couldn't go heavier but felt like it was there. New gym or new training time needed. Moan over. | |||

Poor, wanted more at 280 but failed on the second, still a little jaded from mid-week I think. 11 weeks to worlds, cleaner diet from tomorrow and more structured training. | |||
