Calves

Poor for the wrong reasons.
New leg press meant no floor space for deads and had to do rack pulls.
Only s**tty bar available with next to no grip and barely able to hold on to 320, couldn't go heavier but felt like it was there.
New gym or new training time needed.
Moan over.

Poor, wanted more at 280 but failed on the second, still a little jaded from mid-week I think.
11 weeks to worlds, cleaner diet from tomorrow and more structured training.

All done beltless and no wraps apart from the 270's.
The 200 is probably the heaviest I've been without a belt but more depth needed.
