I was at a Hungry Horse pub yesterday and ordered the Tikka Masala on chips. Food came and I started eating it then realised they'd sent beef madras for some unknown reason. By the time the waiter came over to ask if all was ok with our food I'd eaten most of it.. I told him they'd sent the wrong dish and he said "Do you want me bring you your chicken tikka then?" to which I replied "Yeah go on then." 2 curries later and I was very full! | |||

Food quality and sodium intact has been a bit suspect for past couple weeks so I'm holding a lot of water at the minute, gut looks like a waterbed! This time with it being a 2-dayer we'll be up on the Saturday for most of the day so I should be able to monitor my weight on the comp scales day before weigh in, which is good. I've also booked that week off work, that'll make comp week nutrition a lot easier. Feel good for 3 PB's if all goes to plan. Sounds good! My strength is still well off and I need to cut down as well so I'm not sure whether I'm going to lift yet..! Added in I'm away in France for a week 13-20th June so not ideal. | |||
