FWIW, I couldn't. I hit someone once, absolutely hated him at the time, but I immediately felt awful about it. What gives me the right to inflict pain on somebody...? Let alone take their life. Would it be different if they'd raped my child? I don't have a child so I don't know, but I think I would still be haunted by guilt even in that situation.

I think the best thing for that man would be the prison, so he knows what it feels like to be raped EVERY f**kING DAY for the rest of his worthless, miserable life.

Squats 1x3+7x2 w/150kg
Deadlifts 110x2, 150x1, 190x1, 210x1 (beltless PB technically although this was piss), 230x0 add belt 230x1. (not bad after 100000000000 sets of squats)
Leg Press 1,2,3,4,5,6x10 dropset 4x10 (number of plates/side)

f**k this high volume s**t, going to go back to what doesn't hurt my joints, heavy, high intensity, LOW VOLUME!
