"Runners are not disqualified for knocking a hurdle over, unless it’s done intentionally. Hurdlers can be disqualified for failing to jump a hurdle or trailing a foot or leg below the horizontal plane of the top of any hurdle while clearing the hurdle" - according to google anyway

funny as f**k, how did that guy qualify?

boring little legs session, training legs without squatting is about as exciting as watching soft porn!

In October I did something extremely similar to what you're doing now (though my form wasn't as nice as yours is) and I worked it that way up until I got my new PB of 150 today. My squat in October was 130kg. I have no doubt whatsoever that in a few months you're gonna be pushing at least what I pushed today. You've got a lot of strength there and now your technique is really going good too, I can only see good things for you in the coming months.

Yeahh its a long slow road to sucess though. Massive thanks for the support aswell! I train on my own in a garage so its really nice to get some words of encouragement and a virtual pat on the back haha
