Cheers gents. Got to keep it going to BSM 90's. Will re assess training after the comp to see where I can make gains for next year. Happy with my progress over the last couple of months but aware it won't last, so a definate need for a change in training emphasis after the comp.

A bit more events practice and I'll be all set! Jeremy qualified at the SSM, so he should be going...not sure though. We only got 2 places so unless there is a space, not sure if Ben can take part. It would be good to have 3 from Scotland though as Ben has been making some good progress. Also with Youngy making progress maybe next year there could be 3 spots for tbe scottish lads?
