Cheers Lewis, but this will be one tough comp. I think James is doing it, and I'm sure everybody will be up for it as top 5 qualify for the worlds next year. Tom hibbert looked really good at esm u90 and there's a couple of medleys which he's great at. Sams looking strong in his journal. Also James brother Rob looked good too at ESM, and Jeremy vickers has looked good this year. There's real strength at 90s just now and it will be a great comp, hard to call it.

Cheers david. Knee is ok. I think the full cleans might have aggravated them, hence power cleans the last couple of weeks. I have to be careful though as power cleans over the last couple of years have tended to hurt my hip, getting old! Hip ok just now though.
Not sure about favoring left leg on DL, might just be youngy's camera work Wink

Yeah pressed it 3 times. Once I got the technique it was ok. Pretty awkward though

That's decent lifting. He should be competing with poundages like that....that'd be Scottish commonwealth games standard easily!

Very strong! Who is David Reay, it's his youtube channel....he has some videos of an 80 kg guy doing some decent pound ages in squats and looks a handy Olympic lifter?

Just updated my iPad, now only some videos show through sugden and others don't. Anyone any ideas why this is and how to resolve?
