It's a great feeling when training going well. Yeah I'm feeling pretty good. Last few weeks are as strong as I've been. Slight setback last week as my knee swelled up. Not too sure what caused it but hoping a few days of ice and anti inflams will sort it out.
All the best over the next 8 weeks. See you in Nov.

Cheers mate. Yeah training has been going well, till last monday- done something to my knee, its got a bit of fluid in it, but hopefully with a few days of anti inflams and ice it will be ok.

slight injury nothing too major I hope - knee slightly swollen- need to get this better for bsm u90 in november. Also work and cost of travel etc to 2 comps down south, so I've prioritised bsm u90's.
