I've no intention of moving upto 105 next year. 90kg's is a good weight for my frame. I may enter a 105 comp in preparation for the 90's, but my focus will be to be more competitive at 90's.

I can't remember what my best time is. I think I've been around 1:25... My claim to fame is that I beat Daley Thompson at a training camp in lanzarote about 15 years ago!

Cheers mrsmall. Your right, I was trying to get them onto the platform before getting the height. Definitely need to practice them. Also need to just attack it more and not think about it too much.
