yeah my browser it may be but i dont get the same problem in any other dynamically created page, so something is going funny...

anyways, i dont agree with the one listing, if you want the forum to grow it needs proper categorisation otherwise it becomes a mess very quickly!

it is s**te because there is no good reason to dismiss something so strongly when the supporting evidence is shaky both ways. So while i wont run in defence of something like leg press, i can see why LGB chooses to do them, and hence the vague words like can't hurt etc.

Thats why it is called art and not science Wink

yo rob, are you going to split the forum into sections?

I think:

training logs
training
general bulls**t

any other required things? oh, maybe one where the comments for the articles would go, unless they were categorised somehow as well?

one more improvement request: could you do something with the cacheing settings, or is it just my browser (Opera) which shows cached version of the page rather than render a new one every time i visit the site.

ok, bringing this up again.

remember: it is a gym meet for fun, lets have a good day breaking PBs and going heavy and talking s**t.

dates?

I am not here in december much, so i would suggest november.

How does 19th of November sound? Is that too quickly after October comp?

but mainly s**te Wink (replied to emperor having spoken)

cycling assistance movements is a good idea, and leg press may have a role in it, so basically: can't hurt, go for it, good luck and stuff like that.
» tuesdays session starting time (Go to post)20-09-2006 @ 08:42
aye, pretty much always, unless i do yoga instead!

Adam deadlifts on tuesdays, but thats close to 7pm.

For me it is board presses and a lot of s**t talking (3x10).

starting at 6 would mean stupid amount of overtime for me. Well, i quess i could just surf the net for a while...

Anyways, i'll be there a wee bit earlier, get the good barbell and squat the bench by leaving a nasty protein fart around to chase away all the freshers.

Any wored on haris? he was supposed to hit heavy boards with me today.

mofos, whats up with tonights session? Is olly back or still on his "off week"?

No yoga today so i could start anytime after 5. Heavy board presses.
» squat sunday 1pm => thumbs up! (Go to post)18-09-2006 @ 10:00
Rob and me embarked on a dangerous and exiting experiment yesterday, squatting at 1pm instead of 2pm.

I think it works very well, no rushing around to get things done before the gym closes, more time to eat after session, no dicking around home waiting for the session to start. Much better time.

I vote we keep the squat sunday at 1pm from now on!

good session dude, which was timely after couple hit and miss ones.

You have a lot there in squats, and if you play your cards right i would not be suprised if your PB would be 150 by the end of oct.

Bulgarian style works Happy

yo fruity! I think that would be great - and we could also invite the Salford women powerlifters as well, some of them are really good, but some haven't yet competed, so it would be a good crew to try things out with.

Hey folks: i dont have a single available weekend in december Unhappy So lets start talking dates - first official meeting at the squat rack today between sets 4 and 5, at about 2pm.
