No yoga today so i could start anytime after 5. Heavy board presses.

I think you mean 'off month'. Not heard off him yet so not sure.

I'm aiming to be in for about 6 as well - I don't really want to risk the parking lottery before then now all the skinny freshers are back.

starting at 6 would mean stupid amount of overtime for me. Well, i quess i could just surf the net for a while...

Anyways, i'll be there a wee bit earlier, get the good barbell and squat the bench by leaving a nasty protein fart around to chase away all the freshers.

Any wored on haris? he was supposed to hit heavy boards with me today.

Make sure you look and walk about really evil. Mutter swear words under your breath if you can.

When the freshers ask to work in say 'Do you know who I am?'.

Haris should be training he's probably at work at the minute. Dr Bicep and all that.

Do you always train at Sugden on Tuesdays? I might come down one evening and deadlift there, especially now the weight's getting heavier and it'll be good to have someone shouting at me.

aye, pretty much always, unless i do yoga instead!

Adam deadlifts on tuesdays, but thats close to 7pm.

For me it is board presses and a lot of s**t talking (3x10).

Usually get in about 530-6 mate. We tend to be there till about 8-830.

Oh well if you hang around for that long that's fine. Might pop in on a Tuesday the next three weeks - maybe for the big last week of 5s.
