rhinos is the powerlifting gym in Oldham.

moss side would be local, thats a bonus.

Dungeon would be the coolest - that must count for something Wink

Adlington sounds like a great idea as well.

I guess sugden sucks arse actually, which i guess is part of the price you have to pay for being part of Sugden barbell...

alright bas***ds, lets start planning this.

Idea is to have a gym meet and invite some of the greater manchester area people we know along as well. Raw and relaxed is the name of the game, good for the new ones to try out doing all big three with comp standards.

What do you folks think, should we have it in sugden? if so, how do we get everyone in and the chest and bicep boys out of the way? or should we do it somewhere else? Like jonnys dungeon, rhinos gym or something like that? Perhaps even moss side?

And we need to decide a date, somewhere mid december was one suggested time.

aye good point. Not the first time love becomes a liability. I think you just need to play around with the volume and intensity and like you said, see how it goes. Still plenty of time till the january BDFPA comp.

unless you dedicate a whole extra session to biceps, perhaps on thursdays? This way you could hit them from every angle using Weider principles.

aye man, not ideal doing the lower body work in back to back sessions - at least with the upper you have the weekend in between, but what can you do!

Basically you will need to get wedged for ditching sundays sessions, though i can understand the reasoning.

If i was you, and i am f**king happy i am not, i would actually just train weights three times/week with a formula like 1. bench & rows, 2. squat & abs, 3. deads and board presses. Or even push on all three sessions. Your wrestling and MA work takes its toll, no escape from that.

your question suggests that women do not like powerbellies? What an outrage!

All kinds of "experts" will come and offer you tips on wearing black clothes, loose clothes, too tight or too big or what ever. Ignore all of this.

The best way to hide a powerbelly is to go GFH on chest. if your chest is f**king massive, the powerbelly will only compliment it.

after seeing the automatically generated league table it can be hard to resist not to include yourself Wink

May I correct some important historical facts that were omitted from the otherwise engaging and informative article.

Operation G.F.H is actually a continuum of Operation Apes**t with new scientifically backed nutritional tweaks added in (more food).

Similar evolution has taken place with Operation No-Neck, which has now proceeded to the next level with Operation "Dude, Where's My Neck".

And Operation Powerbelly can't rely on milk, if it was so, how come the most well rouded and developed powerbelly in sugden has been built with vegan food!
