Uksc 95kg and 110 kg strongest man 2015
At jp fitness spennymoor dl167ry
95kg will be held on Saturday the 1st of August
110kg Sunday the 2nd
If there isn't many entry's for either class they will be run together
Athletes sign in for 10.30pm comp starts at 12pm

Events for both classes
Max log from the floor
Start weights 95kg &110kg rising bar in 10kg jumps
18" dead lift on an axel for reps
250kg & 290kg
Squat on a frame pivot with a increasing weight over 5 reps
200 Inc to 240kg & 240 to 280kg
Mas wrestle
Medley
Tyre 15 mtrs. farmers 15 mtrs 120kg. Prowler drag 15mtrs
Keg load 5 120kg kegs loaded on to a wall
Kegs in front of the wall
Trophys for top 3 in each class
Winner of the 110kg will get an invite to the world 110kg sm

Who would people pick to win the 110kg title? Would stand to reason a few of the bigger guys who can't make 105 will try to cut for a chance to compete in the 110kg world champs so could be hard to call.
