thanks mate got my deadlift routine in place not doing any normal deadlifts till 8 weeks time just diffrenet heights and standing on plates etc

seated barbell shoulder press from chest

60kg 6 reps
80kg 6 reps
100kg 6 reps
120kg 6 reps
140kg 2 reps
100 kg 10 reps quick off the chest

hammer smith shoulder press
3 sets 6 reps


karslen lateral raise with holds

7.5 kg 8 reps 8 sec hold
10 kg 6 reps 6 sec hold
12.5 kg 6 reps 3 sec hold

incline close grip bench
60 kg 6 reps
100 kg 6 reps
120 kg 3 reps

lots of tricep pull downs behimnd the head dumbell stuff..


core work
plank 3 sets of 30 seconds

ab stuff 3 sets of 10

abs twisted 20 kg
3 sets of 10

then some knob (matt griff) said at gym why dont we do some floor benching
fook me after mashing my triceps up in my work out this felt hard but was a laugh

got pissed of feel like i stuck in a rut at squat so think gonna do box squats for a while see if it helps

box squats

100 6 reps
120 6 reps
140 6 reps

first tiem ive tryed box squats liked them a lot.


lieing down ham machine

90 kg 3 sets 6 reps

standing calf machine

400 kg 3 sets 10 reps


hammers
30kg 10 reps
35kg 10 reps
40 kg 10 reps

curls
25 kg 10 reps
30 kg 10 reps
35 kg 10 reps

had not trained since last wednesday due to work, love the box squats gonna do this for a few months see if it helps me with my squating

do you stop at the bottom of the box squat ? or touch n go ?

i prefer the stopping method !

yeah the stopping method boar.felt like it hit the quads more when i paused at bottom.

Unless I'm being retarded which could quite easily be the case I can only see back squats in your journal.

Now that your doing box squats why not add in some fronties.
