no longer sugdens strongest man Member 455, 1336 posts | Post Edited: 08.03.2009 @ 21:30 PM by nathan strongman training day log 60 for reps 80 for reps 100for reps 120 for 3 reps 140 for 2 reps 150 got it to chest easy just never locked out 160 again got it to chest and not enough leg drive yoke 200 kg for 20 m 250kg for 20 m 300kg for 20 m 350kg for 20 m with no put downs pb fingers fingal. good little set up weighs about 200-220kg 6 reps van deadlift fook knows the weight but we stopped when we couldnt lift it. simon flint kicked ass as ususal on this. awesome deadlifter stones 90 kg for 2 reps no tacky 110 kg for 2 reps no takcy 130 kg for 2 reps no tacky 150 kg for 2 reps tacky just on hands felt really tired today battled through turned out to be a good laugh and decent session. one thing you can guarante donw the barn it'll be a laugh | ||
