yeh plenty of pb's in the build up to that so definetly helped provide a ton of motivation & plenty more motivation to really push on everything, you also got pb's across the board & youve only been doing it barely a year and still progressing fast

Cheers matey, hopefully be strong soon

I think thats a good idea with the strict log. I was a bit skeptical whether it would help my log but since ive had it in my routine my log push press feels alot more stable.

when I peaked on log last time getting 122.5kg the stricts helped me specifically getting in the groove to be able to balance as well like you say and explode the weight better, also need to beef up the arms in general f**kERS don't grow 5's and a bicep day hopefully will work some.

Massive front squat Josh.

I agree about the strict log being a good idea for you.

was shaking all over the show walking the front out haha lookin forward to more pb's on them the next two week, twice a week one reps one just singles with pauses to fix some technique/flexibility/maintaining upright tightness on the press issues should be plenty more their,I feel along with partial/deficit deads when they are feeling strong, deads from the floor will be pb'ing, not to mention this should help provide foundations for a bigger overhead in the near future

Yeah front squats should help leg drive off the floor for deads, so if you're doing deficits and partial deads should be good gains. Should definitely help with overhead power too. Wy do you wear knee wraps on them though?

just wanted to see if it was doable squatting deep with the thor knee wraps as the odins especially tried them once and just threw me off completely as did the thor knee sleeves, wraps were just a one off thing to provide some overload to change the raw strength curve specifically for me key weakness is keeping the core tight and maintaining upright throughout.

So now you know you can do it (stay upright throughout) are we going to see a 180 without wraps? Wink
