My asshole is not watertight. Member 2926, 6050 posts SQ 217.5, BP 107.5, DL 225550.0 kgs @ 86kgs UnEq | Oh f**k!.......here we go again!! lol I thought it was 9" to the centre of the bar hence Tom Martins, lovely drawing of his 18" set-up in the "how high is 18"" thread. Could be wrong though.

Need to work out how high my blocks need to be for diff hieghts IPF plates are 450mm in diameter, therefore the centre of the bar will be 225mm from the floor. Please don't ask how to make the bar sit a various different heights as I've made my eleiko pull from 13" for a couple of weeks and I not can't get it to go back the standard 225mm. I'm pretty sure that it's not covered by warranty either

Chris 'The Magician' Melling Member 1443, 978 posts SQ 270, BP 180, DL 320770.0 kgs @ 135kgs UnEq | From the floor to the bottom of the bar is just under 8.5" ( 8 and 3/8 if you want to be fussy) so 9.5" blocks should give you and 18" pull and so on ....
