My grip fails on farmers even though I can get moving pretty quick with them, so once I can grip properly I should be able to do well in this event. Currently I do doh deads, 50kg dumbbell holds, some CoC and some 1 handed deads. Anyone got any tips for number of reps, frequency or anything else I should be doing? Thanks guys | ||

Yes loads of chalk. I guess 130kg's farmers is as hard as around 70kg dummbells? | ||
