Progress in last 10 weeks
Start
bodyweight - 60kg
back squat - 60kg x 5 (high)
bench press - 45kg x 1
deadlift - 100kg x 1
10 Weeks on
bodyweight - 54kg
back squat - 70kg x 14, 75kg x 9, 80kg x 7
bench press - 40kg 3x8, 50kg x 1
deadlift - 110kg x 4
I know the form on the 110 set is an abomination against god but it was such I huge PB I'm happy with it. She started training in March weighing 64 kg pudgey and not even to do a push up or pull up so I think she has done pretty good.

Oh no......a woman training with heavy weights. Look at how overly muscular she has become! I bet she just wanted a little tone on her inner and outer thighs and she's been turned into this muscular brute!!
Great body composition changes AND strength changes. She looks athletic and has the strength to back it up also.

I work as a strength and conditioning coach and also work for the University in the gym, she's one of the receptionists at work who I took on as a project in March.
She was 64kg and pudgey when we started hadn't really done much in the way of weights and couldn't even do a full press up. She did what was asked of her, shifted to a low carb diet and low and behold she has made more progress in 8 months than pretty much every girl in the gym combined has done in their whole lives.
Heavy free weights and not eating sugar = the body that every female is striving for but is afraid to get.

The other week she did 5 and failed her 6th so 51/2 chins but unsure which set she was on. She was sharing the bar with some random lad who had just done 4 and I said she's just done one more than you, and she's a girl. He looked at his feet and said yeah but I'm doing 4x4 like a toddler who has been told off. We just laughed
She also out chinned Ali on here. Granted he is 130 odd kg of squat
