I do 99% of my training sets with a 5 rev wrap! lol. Every now and then, I put a bit of effort in and go 6x round. Even with that 1 extra revolution, I feel the difference in the pop. | ||

I'm guessing most strongmen don't like tight wraps? I always though that was the norm for powerlifting, and anything less is laziness/ladyness... | ||
