Massive compression on the joint with that tight a wrap. From personal experience i do NOT recommend this for 'protecting' the knees.

Watching stuff like this makes me feel like I'm being very lazy with my training wrap.
I do 99% of my training sets with a 5 rev wrap! lol. Every now and then, I put a bit of effort in and go 6x round. Even with that 1 extra revolution, I feel the difference in the pop.

Yeah but he's in final prep for IPF worlds. Would be kind suprised if he had is wraps like that every session? Plus your an classic lift now

You guys are all going on about how tight the knee wraps are. I'm guessing most strongmen don't like tight wraps? I always though that was the norm for powerlifting, and anything less is laziness/ladyness...
