Squats and GMs don't, but even the warm up deads hurt a bit. No pain in every day life either. And heavy deads don't hurt more. I'm pretty sure I'm keeping my back "safe" (see PR video). Maybe because of the long days and short nights this week-end, or maybe just because. :-D Front squats 70kg 5x10 Good mornings 70kg 5x10 at least I think so, maybe 4x10 :-D As a punishment for my poor math skills, I did a few sets of double KB swings, 24+24kg, 6-8 reps each set. Back didn't feel safe. Canned it. * Romanian DLs 105x10x2 Dislike these, can't get a good feel for them and they bother my back. Maybe I just need to do them more often. * Snatch grip deadlifts, with straps 105x1+1+1+1+1 Weak as a kitten, uncomfortable, rubbish. Gonna have to change that if I ever want to snatch a measly 100kg. * 6-pack special Various forms of ab-core awesomeness | ||

I'm not surprised with the amount of reps you keep doing at some heavy ass weight! Try SLDL instead for hamstrings. Tom Martin used to swear by them for Deadlift. | ||
