I know BMI is bo***cks and doesn't take muscle mass into account, but my waist size is over the 102cm at 104cm (41")! This thread stems from people commenting that I'm getting fat, but I don't feel fat.. I'm bulking and I've added a lot of muscle mass, admittedly some fat yes. I've put 3 stone on in about a year after dieting down to 14st last June. I have been this weight before and didn't train at all and I was fat a few years ago, my body shape was totally different then.
Waist to hip ratio is a much better guide apparently, on that I'm average which is good!

Edit: Oh and I've just started reading CBL after seeing the thread, so we'll see if I start doing that!

Waist/hip ratio is only indicative of the risk of suffering from cardiovascular disease, not really obesity. You could be a big fat f**k but as long as you arse is fatter than your belly your fine!
