you made it look easy as well terry but jay walked right in the way just as i started to film it lol.
Alex looking very strong ,easy reps for him ,i remember seeing him do 100 for 5 , a really good dumbeller

He is doing the Brits as a guest. I think he will do very well judging by his training Saturday!

Yeah thats it. He would compete for Italy at wsm and this is a chance to prove himself. If he does well it might help him get to wsm as there is no Italy's strongest man
