My bench is ok but that's about it. I am aware my squat is rather shocking but I am just about to start training. 26/3/12 Bench session 20 - 2x10 60 - 2x3 80 - 1x3 100 - 1x1 110 - fail 100 - 5x3 60 - 1x10 My bench session wasn't too good because I am trying to adjust from using suicide grip to a normal grip. Tricep dips Bodyweight - 2x10 +20 - 1x10 +30 - 2x10 Bodyweight - 1x10 | ||

Member 3516, 53 posts SQ 82.5, BP 117.5, DL 152.5352.5 kgs @ 72kgs UnEq | First propper deadlift session so i didnt really know what to expect but i gave it my best shotwhich is all i can do to get the numbers up. 70 - 2x5 100 - 1x1 120 - 1x1 130 - fail (poor effort) 130 -1x1 PB 120 - 2x2 100 - 3x3 i am quite happy with the session because it has give me a better idea of what i can do in terms of sets so i can get the pb higher. future can only be bigger and better. | ||

Dumbells 32.5 - 3x5 Log 62.5 - 3x1 72.5 - 1x1 Deadlift 70 - 2x3 100 - 1x3 120 - 1x1 130 - 1x1 135 - 1x1 140 - Fail(lack of effort) 140 - 1x1 PB 120 - 2x3 Not a bad little session, improvement in deadlift which is good. Onwards and Upwards. | ||

Closegrip Bench 90 - 3x3 (easily done, think i will do 95 for 3x3 next session) Deadlift 70 - 1x3 120 - 1x1 120 - 3x5 (Rep PB) I think with deadlift im going to try and secure myself with some working sets before i go for a new pb | ||

The aim of yesterdays session was to just get some working sets done. 20 - 2x3 40 - 1x1 60 - fail (didnt quite go deep enough this time) 40 - 5x5 Should be good to see these numbers shoot up. Log 62.5 - 1x1 72.5 - 1x1 62.5 - 3x3 Finished off with a bit of bicep EZ Bar 32.5 - 3x10 Dumbell curls 20 - 3x10 | ||

Member 3516, 53 posts SQ 82.5, BP 117.5, DL 152.5352.5 kgs @ 72kgs UnEq | didnt go fully to plan, i had an plan of what i wanted to do but instead i went pb hunting. 70 - 2x3 120 - 1x1 140 - 1x1 (a lot easier than last time) 150 - (fail) 145 - fail (got it above knees but no lock out, i think i would of got it if i didnt get carried away and go for 150) 130 -2x3 130 -1x1 (lost energy i would of done 3x3 if i had stuck to the plan) 120 - 1x3 Definatly need to focus on working sets and need to not get distracted by the desire for a f**king pb. moral to the session. | ||

Member 3516, 53 posts SQ 82.5, BP 117.5, DL 152.5352.5 kgs @ 72kgs UnEq | Bench session went to plan today. 20 - 2x10 60 - 1x3 80 - 1x3 100 - 1x1 110 - 3x2 Rep Pb 100 - 1x6 90 - 1x6 60 - 1x10 My plan is to work up, make sure i get enough working sets done before i go for a new pb. i think when i can get 110 for 3x3 then i will try either 117.5 or 120. so sometime in the next 2 weeks i hope. Stick to the plan. Shoulders Strict Press 60 - 3x3 dumbells 20 - 1x10 30 - 2x10 30 - 1x8 finished off with a bit of tricep, using cables. Good session, achieved the days targets. | ||

Trying to take my time towards a good pb so I know I will get it if you know what I mean. 20 - 2x10 60 - 1x3 80 - 1x3 100 - 1x1 110 - 1x3 Rep PB 110 - 4x2 100 - 1x4 Happy with the 3 reps on 110. Then the 4 doubles after that, the doubles were easier than last week too. Feel a 1rep PB coming on soon, do I go for 117kg or 120kg tho? Finished the session off with some tricep and incline dumbbell press Dips BW - 2x10 +20 - 1x10 +30 - 1x10 +30 - 1x5 Incline 20 - 1x10 30 - 2x8 Overall I'm happy with the session. May go pb hunting next session. | ||
