Heidi came 5th & did excellent in her first comp,
Becky is unbelievable she snatch the over head event, & did 4 reps on a 90 kg stone with time to spare but dint need to do anything

Becky was awsome yesterday dominated the whole comp she would put some lads to shame with her deadlidft lol! I think she pulled 140 
i know some lads cant even move that of the floor!
also heidi were very impressive she was one motioning 55k stone got easy 4 reps! very quick on farmers and yoke too!! tough little cookie lol!!

Well done Paul on running this comp enjoyed the day! Was a great standard from all the women,they gave it 100percent.Some great displays of strength, Becky looks like she could deadlift 180kg if she had to!!!

This was a brilliant first comp for me. Thanks for support and kind comments Gra, Liam, Eric and Neil. I would argue that my trainer is top notch especially as I had never trained weights at all before November! 
The other girls did really well and were very impressive but becki is superhuman! Thanks to Paul and Sharon and everyone else involved in the day.

but hey, judging from the speeds on arm over arm, farmers and yoke the weights seem a but too light.

We were advised to bring the original weights down a little as it may have been too high initially but, Strongwoman is growing and getting more people involved is essential to future developments. We have some very very good women involved in the sport and it's setup for some good competitions this year.
Becki is amazing and she has to get entered into the bigger comps this year, there is a great chance she can go to Finland later in the year as well.
We were advised to bring the original weights down a little as it may have been too high initially but, Strongwoman is growing and getting more people involved is essential to future developments. We have some very very good women involved in the sport and it's setup for some good competitions this year.
Becki is amazing and she has to get entered into the bigger comps this year, there is a great chance she can go to Finland later in the year as well.
