Felt awesome. Pressed freakin' 180 (quiet about the shirt and the bands). Thats my first touch, getting there in good time Happy Squats were good even though I was really tired from the benching.

Feeling good Happy 3 deadlift PBs in a row, just got to keep that going. Two weeks of heavy singles and then comp time on the deadlift. One more really heavy squat session, one heavy session and then comp time on squats. Bench...keep working hard and learn to be more patient for the touch.
