60kg x 5 reps
100kg x 5 reps
120kg x 3 reps
140kg x 3 reps
160kg x 2 reps, sacked it as lower back feeling tight again..
The plan was meant to be 3 x 5 reps. p*ssed off

Leg press
140kg x 15 reps
190kg x 15 reps
240kg - 3 x 20 reps, 1 x 10 reps, 30 sec rest

Barbell curl
40kg x 20 reps, pb lol

Any idea what is causing the lower back tigntess? I find squatting more times a week helps tightness, the light session at the start loosens me up, then hit it harder later in the week

I guess it's just due to not being flexible enough mate. The deeper I go the more rounding I get, I could probably do with cutting some depth. More stretching needed!

Felt heavy warming up??? not quite what I had in mind after a week off, looks like I forgot how to deadlift.. Decided to leave it there as was not feeling it.
