Shoulders Thurs 27/10/11

Seated bb press

Bar x lots
40kg x 10 reps
60kg x 7 reps, slight touch…
70kg x 1 rep lol…
50kg x 14 reps

Decided to train shoulders tonight, not ideal after benching the day before, but the manlet needed a spot and its a major weakness. I was seriously schooled on how to over head press!

Seated db press
20kg x 12 reps
28kg x 8 reps
24kg x 12, 8 reps

Db lateral raise
10kg x 12 reps
12kg x 12 reps
14kg x 6-8 reps

Low cable raise
40lbs x19 reps
50lbs x 10 reps?

Bent over lateral raise
3 sets 12-15 reps

I then did some belt less squats up to 160kg on spur of the moment.
