Member 194, 3976 posts | Squats 20/04/08 Raw and wide 60 x 8 140 x 3 180 x 3 220 x 2 260 x 1 260 x 1 Not to bad, needs some work form wise but the weight moves ok, will break in my titan boss next week, I think the suit and the boss breifs will be way to much at the moment (as advised by Del) Leg Press 240 x 6 warm up 440 x 5 520 x 5 600 x 5 Leg Extension - Single leg one 3 sets of some weight that I forget Leg Curl 3 sets x 8 reps with full stack Raw Bench 60 x 8 100 x 5 140 x 5 160 x 5 Added a rolled up thingy under back to improve arch - form work today really - will probably be benching raw next comp anyway. 140 x 5 - Super easy 160 x 5 - again easier than the first set, I think there may be somthing in this! | ||

Nah, I will squat equipped but may bench raw in the next comp, my raw bench is around 200-210 usually, but I bombed with 220 due to my shirt being a little much. Just wanna play it safe to get a half decent total. I MAY be doing a 2nd shirted lift with a single ply katana, but will see how I get on with it. | ||

We (Craig, Justin and I) all use single ply tight as f**k Titan Centurion Dual quads under our suits. Its a fantastic brief but is more forgiving that the Boss brief. I can squeeze into a size 44 at 115kgs on comp day, they need to be really tight to work properly...and you owe me a Guinness. | ||

Raw Bench – Trying something her, had a 110mil PVC pipe under our backs in an effort to improve the arch, this was tough for me, Jordie used it with my metal briefs wrapped around for an even bigger arch. 60 x 10 100 x 5 140 x 5 160 x 5 180 x 3 Incline Dumbbell 50 x 10 60 x 10 70 x 8 Wide Grip Bench 60 x 10 100 x 10 140 x 5 – These were hard Partial Deadlifts – Just below Jorides knee, about 2.5-3 inches below mine These were done for speed 60 x 8 140 x 3 220 x 3 260 x 3 300 x 2 Done Enjoyed this one, bit of a change from the norm, the lockout work on the deadlift was good I really enjoyed that, and surprisingly didn’t hate bench today. | ||
