Hey, I missed your squat PR, well done with that. 3 plates is where it starts to look pretty cool.

U benching once a week then? How's that working out?

every 4 or 5 days now, was once a week, but changed now, i train when im recovered. Tongue deadlifts take so long to recover from Unhappy

For a first time that's pretty heavy yeah. Especially if your backs at this angle or closer to the floor!
