EVENTS; 1.Log &rt;max [120kg start] 2.Appollons axle deadlift &rt;reps [340kg ish] [with straps] 3.Super yoke 15m[400kg] Duckwalk 200kg's 15m back 4.Overheadblock press medley [100kg, 120kg, 140kg,160kg,] 5.Farmers walk 15m drop/turn 15m back ,160kg's 6.Squat frame &rt;reps [300kg] [knee wraps / single ply suit allowed] info please contact me on here or facebook , £15 entrance fee includes T-shirt,drinks, prizes/trophies for top 4 guys !!
