hi mate hows things training looks like its goin well was thinking ov havin a training sesh down at ur gym see wot its like do u think u can get me a day pass and arrange a sesh together

27th NovemberNice little session with Ben, werent feeling too strong today. Fairly good and productive session though.

As John says, nice graft on the farmers. Little hands or not (I also have girlie hands), us guys should be hitting at least 160 IMO

Farmers were ok, i definately agree we want to be aiming for 160s. But to do them every sesion would be something special. Will keep the raft going fortnightly and hopefully beat your 'light arse' to doing 160 for 20m
