Lost a lot of weight last fortnight n think im trying to do too much at once n my strength is going out the window as a consiquence. Diet change i think. BW update - 111kg. | ||

These were pretty good sets but didnt attack the weight like i should have, they were rather slow reps. Barbell lunges each leg 100kg x 3 120kg x 3 125kg x 3 130kg x 3 135kg x 3 140kg x 3 these hurt like f**k. But love em! calf raises on smith machine 160kg x 5 200kg x 5 230kg x 5 240kg x 5 250kg x 3 200kg x 5 Like doing these too. Dont think many ppl do them so prob a pointless exercise lol | ||
