very tired day in the gym, didnt have great nights kip last night so didnt feel up to it. Lost a lot of weight last fortnight n think im trying to do too much at once n my strength is going out the window as a consiquence. Diet change i think.

Felt bit better today and ready for a good sesh with Shane(who decided to just keep me company in the end, nice one mate)

decided i wanted/needed to feel bit more weight on the bar in order to try progress squats. These were pretty good sets but didnt attack the weight like i should have, they were rather slow reps.

Barbell lunges
each leg

130kg x 3
135kg x 3
140kg x 3

these hurt like f**k. But love em!

calf raises on smith machine
160kg x 5
200kg x 5
230kg x 5
240kg x 5

Like doing these too. Dont think many ppl do them so prob a pointless exercise lol

Cheers Robbo - glad with the numbers at the mo on legs. Calfs are just another muscle group but i dont like to neglect them Grin get cracking on with some, especially now your a bodybuilder....
