If you fail one week, give it another shot or 2 before packing it in. Really try and milk progress as much as you can, although now you have started a cut it will be hard to carry on gaining strength. Oh, I say you started a cut, you have been eating biscuits and drinking beer! | ||

Squats These were done in the power cage and with a thicker bar than usual, feels weird and hard to judge where to rack and where i am etc. 44(20)x10 132(60)x5 220(100)x5 Belt on 308(140)x2 352(160)x5 WOOOOOOOOoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo hoooooooooo, i was screaming and grunting like crazy on these, but i got them! fairly hard but i did it! yay me!!!!!!!! maybe a 2.5kg rise next week instead of 5kg, what ya think??? Lunges 44(20)x10 88(40)x6 at the end of this set i did a no handed squat with the weight, woooo felt good!!! 170.5(77.5)x6,6 Ouch painfull!haha, did 3 wide stance goodmornnigs after this to stretch my hammies out! Calf raise 110(50)x10 165(75)x12,12,12 PAINNNNNNNNnnnnnnnnnnnn | ||
