I think you mean dipping into the hole smalls, especially equipped it is beneficial to control it down then dip into the hole and bounce out of it. Divebombing can go wrong if you lose your line out of the hole

that was some good spotting to be fair, the spotter pulled the guy out and probably saved his life! but he wasnt anywhere near the hole, and its really not the same equipped when you have to actualy squeeze for the depth!

i think divebomb is probably the wrong word, but decending quickly can definitly be controlled and safe!

And I know what I'm talking about, if noone else does, their loss!! Grin

i have squatted once in a suit and its impossible to dive bomb in the bas***d!

as mention... you dip into the hole... which you are controlling not dropping and hoping your coming back up

mike i wanted to post a comparison video of pat medes and a powerlifter but i could find a controled 350kg to make it fair :/

Slow and steady on the way down with a dip at the bottom

From the divebombers I've seen it seems to suit the shorter stockier lifters, they just don't seem to get pushed out of the groove as easily

Controlled divebomb, which is slow and then accelerate as you go down in the squat, this works for me.

today i tryed dive bombing like Pat Mendez, controlling the weight till i'm almost at the bottom and then a fast bounce. Lifts got easyer and faster.

I will start squatting dive bombing!
