people like yourself should be given government grants to buy new wardrobes in my opinion.
care to delve into the fat loss? how did you do it?

I started doing cardio and eating 2 strict meals a day. I tried to do 1 1/2 hours of cardio a day, 7 days a week for 8 months and then i started doing more weights once i could see the results for myself. I eased up off the diet now but over winter im going to jump back on to the diet and get that nailed back down. The hardest part without a doubt was the diet. The cardio side was OK but the diet killed me!

Legs Today, in Hospital tomorrow for the morning so evening training maybe a miss.

Early Morning at 07:15 I went swimming at Dukinfield Baths in the early bird session. Did 40 lengths again.

Then over to Olympic Sports.

Went for Max squat today.

Warm up:
Front Squat 70KG / 10
Back Squat 70KG / 10

Back Squat 120KG /3
Back Squat 130KG /2
Back Squat 140KG /1
Back Squat 145KG /1
Back Squat 150KG FAIL

Leg Press - I cant work out how much the leg press goes up in weights so I had 5 large plates split by biscuits.

Calf Raises

120KG /10
150KG /10
170KG /10
190KG /10

Lunges with a 50KG Barbell.
20 metres
30 metres
40 metres

Cool down with 15 mins abs.

------------------------------------

I think that will be my last max squat session for a while. Instead Im going to again do what Chris suggested to me and train at about 100KG/120KG and do reps for a month. But by going for reps hopefully I will see some benefit.

Good session though.

Solid session mate - why not looking at doing some sort of squat routine.

After my lengthy visit to the hospital today I went home at stuffed my face to make up for the 17 hours of eating nothing.

Then once I had eaten too much went to the pub and consumed lots of cider, stumbled home and then drank some vodka whilst watching TV.

Felt strong today......Tomorrow may be a non starter pending the hangover. Keep you posted!

172kg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Eek

thats some sick weight loss i would never have guessed LOL!

I wouldn't advise going on 2 meals a day again though!!

6 small meals with control carb intake after 6pmish (or training?) will surve you just aswell and be much better for your body!!

incredible weight loss though not many can put their minds to that

Cheers Shane, I haven't done the 2 meals a day for a long time now, eating 3 comfortably. When I was doing the 2 a day I was desperate to shift the weight and make my targets I had set, which thankfully I have.
