Does caffeine make you aggressive?

Two 50mg tabs and a relentless...great workout and a couple of new PB's but by the time I got home I was IN A RIGHT MOOD, snapped at the missus, kicked a chicken down the garden, no reason? Is this normal?

I regularly take 200-300mg pre workout and I'm fine.

Maybe its the roids?

Try doing a session with out it and compare

I have 250mg before and the only problem I have is it takes me longer to get to sleep. 1000+mg seems quite alot in one go off top of my head without Reading into it

Last year I took a 200mg caffeine pill to keep me up to study, worked well.
Took it the next day pre-exam, was jittery as f**k and felt bad.

Took another one a few weeks ago, did f**k all.

That was my experience.

If your smashing stuff after 100mg of caffeine never ever ever ever take any cheque drops.
