Axle 100 x 1,1 110 x f,f close on the first one, definatly there 18"DL 180 x 1 after failing it a couple times cause my back was in alot of pain 150 duck walk 15m 110 farmers 15m just 2 runs, second opne felt fairly fast baby inch DB just a play around really, getting used to it finished with a play on a horrable hack squat. all in all an enjoyable session | ||

Allegedly very strong, but only Carls word for it Member 682, 838 posts | Preps going ok cheers, its all standard strongman events so nothing different to train really. Am training as if im competing in the 105s final tho as im a reserve so want to be ready for that if somebody from the south pulls out How you feeling for the 90s? | ||
