Medley Light tyre x 5flips (was too wet to do the normal tyre, no one could flip it) 200 duck walk 10m 140 keg 10m this was bloody horrible, need to work on my cardio for this. stones. 130 onto 4.5ft platform PB 155 failed multiple times, lapped it a few times but just couldnt stand with it! finished with the same run as last week, 90, 110, 120. 15sec last week, 14sec this week! really chuffed with my progress recently, hopefuly i can carry on like it. | ||

Shoulderz like boulderz Member 842, 479 posts | your getting better every week, log seems to be getting easier and easier, stones every week are getter better too, and to out do big gareth on the duck walk and keg you got to be pleased. nice one buddy keep it up, and keep nailing it in the gym in the week. | ||

Not sure what i have done but my bicep really started to hurt at this point, so i skipped doing standing strict overhead because i would have to clean it still and thats what i think hurt it. floor press 60 x 5 70 x 4 80 x 3 90 x 2 100 x F seated overhead lockout 80 x 10 not sure what i have done to my bicep because it still sort of hurts (near my elbow) supposed to be heavy rack pulls tomorow but i will have to see how it feels. | ||

The Crossfit KingPin Member 941, 1810 posts SQ 230, BP 130, DL 285645.0 kgs @ 100kgs UnEq | still slight twinge in my bicep so i used straps for my sets past 100kg Rack Pull, 18 inch Bar x 10 60 x 10 100 x 5 140 x 4 180 x 1 220 x 1 250 x 1 PB 220 x 3 that was all for today because i didnt want to hurt my bicep. happy with my PB because i havnt done rack pulls for about months now. | ||

The Crossfit KingPin Member 941, 1810 posts SQ 230, BP 130, DL 285645.0 kgs @ 100kgs UnEq | Log 105 x 3 singles failed a double on all of them 110 x 1 PB third time lucky had nothing left in me after the log, hadnt eaten enough today Yoke 160 x 25m speed run 210 x 25m farmers 130 x 6m ish felt very heavy today duck walk 160 x 25m felt it most in my lungs! stones 130 to 4ft platform 155 could get it off the floor felt nackered straight away so im fairly happy that i still managed to do everything. bloody chuffed with my 110 log, now to try and rep 105 ready for march! | ||
