f**king s**t the left side of my lower back hurt when pulling 70. not great this close to the U90s

18" deadlift
70 x 3,3
110 x 1,1
150 x 3
190 x 1 very painfull

Good events session today in the sun.

Axle 100 x 1,1
110 x f,f close on the first one, definatly there

18"DL 180 x 1 after failing it a couple times cause my back was in alot of pain

150 duck walk 15m
110 farmers 15m just 2 runs, second opne felt fairly fast

baby inch DB just a play around really, getting used to it

finished with a play on a horrable hack squat.

all in all an enjoyable session

i put some bengay on it about an hour ago and it f**king stung like a b**ch!!
im stretching alot to try and sort it out and i think it is getting there, just have to take it really easy!

Preps going ok cheers, its all standard strongman events so nothing different to train really.
Am training as if im competing in the 105s final tho as im a reserve so want to be ready for that if somebody from the south pulls out

How you feeling for the 90s?

thats cool mate. you definatly deserve to be there in my opinion!

not great really, if i can sort my back / head out soon then it should be ok but who knows.
yesturday got me pumped for it though and axle has gone well last two weeks so...... hopefuly

You will be fine, your numbers look good so get switched on and have a couple of weeks of solid graft and go into it looking for the win

last year i put my back out 3weeks before the comp... trained bare minimum for the deadlift and went through those stretches i showed ya on sat n pulled a pb on the day (",)

not long now, just hold it all together a few more weeks and kill urself on comp day!!!
