Some good goals here , I would like to see rob use his skill to put all these together in a neat bulleted single sticky thread , i've a wierd streak that likes things uniform. If i can get the 130kg bench then i will be happy, but I figure if i go for some crazy targets then even if i fail i should come close. The weight gain will be facilitated by lots of trips to lidi, high callorie soups, sauces with everything and meat with every meal. Also lots of milk. | ||
