Some impressive goals there mate - especially 100 C&J, 80 Snatch and 60 Chin (which will be a lot harder than you think when you gain an extra 10 kilos!! Tongue)

    My goals:
    - squat 230kg
    - bench 150kg
    - deadlift 250kg
    - squat 150 for 20
    - Good morning 182.5kg
    - front squat 140
    - push press 115kg
    - 110kg bodyweight with sub 17% bodyfat (meaning loads of fat shredding)
    - 17 inch gunz, no half measures.

    It's actually a great idea, this thread. I now have my list of 10 goals pinned up in my bedroom as well. Should also write them in my training log.

    1)240kg deadlift,
    2)200kg of the platform,
    3)210kg squat
    4)100kg overhead press
    5)110kg IFSA log lift
    6)Close the CoC #3
    7)150kg bench press
    8)Compete in as many novice strongman comps as I can.
    9)Become a fat bas***d. as close to 105kg as i can get.
    10)Visit the Sugden center.

    hey wog, the boars shed isnt far from sudgen , when you 'do a tour' you simply must visit the shed.

    Some good goals here , I would like to see rob use his skill to put all these together in a neat bulleted single sticky thread , i've a wierd streak that likes things uniform.

    (although i hate wearing uniforms)

    Pretty ambitious mate!

    Your bench aim is the same as mine, and I've got a 25kg start; your squat aim is higher than mine and I've got a 40kg start! Plus 20kg of bodyweight?!

    How are you planning on eating to effect this monstrous transformation?!

    Deadlift 600lbs (unsure of exact kg amount)
    Squat 232.5kg
    Benchpress 170kg
    Overhead 120kg
    675kg total (232.5/170/272.5)

    You should also add entering a comp, fitting me a boiler (not strictly PL) and jetting over to leyland for a session and a slumber party in the conservatory....Wink

    The flying to your house some time this year for xbox, weights and tea isn't so much a goal as a certainty. Hide the biscuits and any sugar based products cause Tony will be visiting.

    Hey tokar, I figured shoot for the moon and i'll get over the hurdle.

    If i can get the 130kg bench then i will be happy, but I figure if i go for some crazy targets then even if i fail i should come close.

    The weight gain will be facilitated by lots of trips to lidi, high callorie soups, sauces with everything and meat with every meal. Also lots of milk.
