All reps where controlled and easy! Shooting my hips on some reps Front squats 60kg 2x5 80kg x5 90kg x5 All fairly easy aswell Good mornings 50kgx8 70kgx8 80kgx8 All easy but my rom is s**t cuz I round my back if I go too far! Stiff leg deads 120kg 2x8 140kg 2x8 150kg 2x8 All easy but if I use too big a rom I round a tad. Need to sort this Overhead squats 20kg 3x10 just a stretch off Leg press 2x10 | ||

Front Squats 20kg 2x10 60kg x8 80kg x5 100kg x5 120kg x5 + uncranked belt - new rep PB +2, was piss, prob could have had 8 130kg x1 + uncranked belt - was piss again, prob could have had 3-5 but i wanted a new 1rm 145kg x0 + uncranked belt Failed it out of the hole. I think i looked down into the mirror to check depth as i wasnt training with anyone i trusted to call it for me, and then just fell over. Im good for it i think. http://www.youtube.com/user/thosebananas1#p/a/u/0/fj_ Cleans 60kg x5 80kg 2x5 last rep pressed, technique was spot on 90kg 2x5 + uncranked belt. last rep pressed, technique began to f**k up after i smashed the bar on my belt on the way up. 1 handed DB press 40kg 13 reps in 1 minute 45kg 7 reps in 2 minutes. First 5 on right were so easy, f**ked the 6th so switched hands. 2 decent reps with left. Switched back to right and spent about a minute trying to get it to sit right and kept messing up the press. Just couldn't get it to sit right. think i could have got 10+ today if i got the bell in the right place. Military press 60kg x8, x6, x5 CG bench 50kg x8 60kg x5 70kg 2x5 Tricep press downs 3x8 Band Pull aparts Band rotator cuff work | ||

I'm watching it again, i start the press, it gets a little hard, i look in the mirror and then bye bye my bar. I should have grinded that out. it pissed me off. i was well confident going under the bar. | ||

Can't remember the reps/sets at the lower weights. Need to sort out my s**tty clean - presses where easy enough Single db press 40 x10 45x7 Seated db shoulder press 24 3x6 Overhead squat 40 2x5 60kg 2x3 70kg 1x1 1x2 15mins on xtrainer - was wanting 30 mins but after 10 my hour was at 190 and I had to start lowering the resistance Tricep press downs s**t all round really compared to where I should be. Knee held up ok. f**king injuries! | ||

Last three sets I was close to passing out on 4th and 5th reps. Saw stars a few times. Had to get some carbs in after this as I was rattling like a smack addict Snatch Bar - plenty of sets/reps to warm up after a rest from squats and to nail tech 50kg x3 60kg 3x3 Reps where easy but had zero energy or power from legs Cleans 60kg x3 70kg x3 80kg 3x3 Same again reps where easy just f**k all energy X trainer 20 mins HR around 185 the whole time Leg extensions 4x6 ramp sets ending at full stack I realised today how much fat I've put on since getting injured. I had to make my belt 3 holes bigger. Fitness is terrible too, it used to be one of myt strengths! | ||

But I got there.Cg bench 50kg x5 60kg x5 70kg x5 75kg x5 80kg 5x5 - pretty sure that's close to a pb for 5x5 Tricep plate kick back things 50kg plate 3x8 Seated overhead lockout work from just below chin level (my s**tty sticking point) 60kg 3x5 Cross trainer 20mins Was gonna do press downs and some other tricep isolations but ran out of time. Happy with that session, I had only had a protein shake before it as I havnt been feeling well all day. Deads tomorrow! Can't wait! | ||

Tiny tiny hitch 280xf - didn't even break the ground Speed deads. 160 6x3. 30ish seconds rest Double over hand barbell holds 120kg x30secs x25 seconds Kroc rows 50kg 3x10 Machine row 4x8 ramping weight Pull down 4x8 ramping weight Straight arm pull downs 4x8 Face pulls Roughly 8x5 Hamstring curl 3x8 ish ramping weight Cross body curls Happy with the dead. Aiming for 300 on the day! | ||

Prob had a few more reps but felt a strange ping in my left elbow. I've had bad ass tendonitious before so left the log there. All from floor Farmers - turn at 10m 70kg a hand x20m 100kg a hand x20m 120kg a hand x20m 130kg a hand x20m + 100kg keg for 20m Grip is solid, just need to build speed! Yoke - turn at 10m 70kg x20m 150kg x20m 230kg x20m 290kg x20m - couldn't be bothered working out how to load 280. Solid enough, no hints of a drop. Tiny bit wobbly because I'm trying to go too fast. But not bad for first time on a yoke Stones loading to about 4foot 80kg x3 90kg x1 100kg x1 110kg x1 127kg x1 132kg xf - its there with more tacky First time doing stones aswell so happy with that. Good session, now to eat and sleep before 5 more consecutive days of training | ||
