but it is great as soon as you have to press anything as i can tell from your bench , its not all bad eh

ok just got back from tonights training session and happy felt strong was full of
calories and after sunday off i was raring for it ....

60KG X 11 aiming for 12 but running out of steam

32.5KG X 6 each hand
42,5KG X 5 each hand
50kg X 3 each hand , getting hang of these finding them easy 2nd week practising

340KG X7 pb traps swole, seeing stars 'i know these arent strongman but love the pump and pain in morning


Overall great workout still buzzing, training partner bailed early, faggot..!

Rushed a.m workout this morning got to work tonight but did not want to miss session as it is legs
Started with warm up on bike 10 mins
Leg extensions 7 sets working up to stack x 2 sets of 10 reps
Squats 3 warm ups 1 to 3 plates a side . Two working sets with 180 then 220 last set knees aching and quit after 2 reps no wraps in other gym bag (t**t)
leg press 45 degree worked up until no more room for plates and then did little drop set for pump.Front squats have to wait untill sunday as in need of extra breakfast ,oats bannana and shake just not enough pre workout food for a growing boy mcdonalds here we come . Arms tommorow and maybe a bit of grip see you then....

Love Karlsens got the whole gym doing them but i love the fact i can pre-exhaust each deltoid head and not worry about injury it has also helped with my pain tolerance ,last rep we hold till it drops on the deckEek

cheers lads you know thats why i am so top heavy maybe got to change that s**t around look forward to saturday morning for some pain and very little homo bodybuilding ,maybe some axle flyes or broom twists shall i bring my posing briefsEek Eek Eek Eek

thanks jc always enjoyed that but must purchase some wrist straps now i am getting into 300lb plus teritory .Also just getting used to the feel of the new inch dumbell at weekend glad to say it feels pretty normal and not too odd was a bit different but i fancy a mega heavy one just got to wait and see what monstor jt gets next

Alright lads got to drink some ale so this is a quick summary of a good workout with no air con just how i like it
dumbell curls 25k 15reps,27k 12reps, 35k 8 reps ,40k 5reps
narrow grip bench 6inch grip 60k 20rep ,100k 10reps,140k 10reps,160k 6reps
z bar curls 4sets up to 40kg a side down from 20 reps to 6
skullcrushers 4 sets up to 40kg a side down from 20 reps to 6 ,(2 assisted reps)
hammer curls 32kg 12rep. 42kg 10rep . 50kg 8 reps
bodyweight dips 4 x 25 ..... still had half hour and was buzzing so i thought i would do deadlift this is a weak point and i thought i would rep out as i do max deads with JT on saturday 100kgx 20reps 140 x 15 180 x 11 and two final sets of 200 x 6 last set with straps as hands ripping near wedding ring good solid workout and very rewarding pains from fingertips to traps....!!!
