God, do I feel weak. My pressing is usually bad, but this is appalling. I sincerely hope it comes back soon. | ||

Farmers' walk 70kg per hand*15m 70kg*15m 100kg*15m 100kg*15m Axle deadlift (no platform, just below knee) 220kg*3 220kg*3 - straps broke 220kg*1 260kg*1 220kg*5 Pretty easy but grip was an issue in the rain, especially when the straps went. Axle squat 40kg*5 80kg*5 120kg*5 140kg*5 Stones - abandoned Modest weights but kept up a good tempo - all done in about 40 minutes. Very enjoyable indeed. Can't wait to get doing events again. | ||

Actually got some sort of arch and kept the bar more stable. All felt very easy. Will try some more singles next week, maybe up to 120. Clean and press 60kg 3*5 - all from floor/strict press 80kg*3 - 1 clean and push presses from now on 90kg*3 100kg*3 All felt good. Triceps getting sore so left it there.
