God, do I feel weak. My pressing is usually bad, but this is appalling. I sincerely hope it comes back soon.

Seem to have finally worked out how to bench again. Actually got some sort of arch and kept the bar more stable. All felt very easy. Will try some more singles next week, maybe up to 120.

Appalling session. Deadlifts up to 250*1 then ripped a big chunk of skin off my hand messing around with the s**tty squat rack.

Was not in a good state to train, then compounded it by lifting like a fool with no regard for logic.
