Ha! You mean a la Savage?

I'm just lifting when I can, and doing what I feel like. So, when I can, I go into the garden, do what I feel like doing and disregard the number. So I suppose you could call it that.

I'm working on the principle that if I do any kind of squat, press and pulling movement more days than not, I will at least not go backwards.

The days when I feel like pushing hard are few and far between and, in all honesty, I don't think I have the setup to safely do that. If I fail the patio will get destroyed!

Lovely. I actually prefer these to anything else at the moment, as I feel virtually no after-effects.

Finally got the garage sorted so I can squat inside and of course, it ended up being a beautiful, temperate evening.

Spent a while messing around with the log but I honestly think it's just too heavy to be worth even trying to train on it at the moment.

Probably an awful lot more tbh. I also used reverse bands and did short reps to keep the muscle under constant tension and therefore increase my massiveness. Lock outs don't help anyone, all the best pressers know that!
