I'm just lifting when I can, and doing what I feel like. So, when I can, I go into the garden, do what I feel like doing and disregard the number. So I suppose you could call it that. I'm working on the principle that if I do any kind of squat, press and pulling movement more days than not, I will at least not go backwards. The days when I feel like pushing hard are few and far between and, in all honesty, I don't think I have the setup to safely do that. If I fail the patio will get destroyed! | ||

I actually prefer these to anything else at the moment, as I feel virtually no after-effects. Axle clean and strict press (all ftoh) 70kg*1,5 I've squatted 5 days out of the last 7 and feel none the worse. No better either, granted, but I have enjoyed it. | ||

I also used reverse bands and did short reps to keep the muscle under constant tension and therefore increase my massiveness. Lock outs don't help anyone, all the best pressers know that! | ||
