You wouldn't understand. I got 138% in my maths exam, no one else can understand.

Had a look at your log by the way. Nice trick with the tins on the bar. If I can find enough in the cupboard I may be able to start training my deadlift properly again!

Teabagged a deep-fat fryer for a couple of minutes then went out to train in the garage.

Sad to say but the strict press actually pleased me, even though it was pretty much all I had or have. Oddly I think the gap between my strict and push press has narrowed, although this may be down to using a bent axle. I suspect that on a half decent Olympic bar it would be different. Who knows.

Tonight was very testing. It's lovely to lift outside on a warm summer's evening. Doing it in cold, damp dark October is s**t.
